MTN Nigeria to hold tech fair focusing on data products

MTN Nigeria will host a technology fair that will focus on the company’s data products and services as part of its Customer Service Week, which runs from 08-12 October. Customer Relations Executive Akinwunmi Braithwaite said customers will have the chance to try out devices and seek information and assistance from a team of experts.

He said smartphone and hardware manufacturers will offer on-site after-sales support. Braithwaite said Customer Service Week was part of MTN’s efforts to ensure it fully understood the needs of its clients so that it could keep improving its services.

Braithwaite said during the week, MTN would formally inaugurate the MTN Security Number, an individual secret code that protects the customer’s phone line and data and also allows her or him to resolve issues in the comfort of their homes or offices through self-service channels.
